Two weeks of painting from life in the Himalaya, with artists from India and abroad, closing in a public exhibition.
What is an Edition?
Each Edition gathers an international circle of painters at one Himalayan venue. Days are spent painting outdoors across the valley; evenings bring the cultures together; and the residency ends with the work on public view.
Artists live and work together at the host venue, with scouting days before the painting begins.
Painters from India and invited nations, joined by cultural partners and diplomatic missions.
The residency closes with a public exhibition and fine art sale of the work made in the valley.
